We provide national Allied Health support, delivering services in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of NDIS participants.

As a Speech Therapist working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme, you play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges.

This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and strong organisational skills to thrive in a dynamic role, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for NDIS participants.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
  • Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for NDIS participants
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and reports
  • Educate and support families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
  • Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech therapy
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
