Nursing Research Leader

We are seeking a senior academic leader to drive our nursing research program forward.
Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Associate Professor to lead and develop a sustainable nursing research program. The successful candidate will provide academic leadership, drive educational innovation, and foster a culture of scholarly inquiry within the institution.
The role involves leading the development and implementation of nursing research programs, driving educational innovation, overseeing simulation facilities, and developing strong research partnerships nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of nursing research programs.
- Drive educational innovation, including the integration of simulation-based learning.
- Oversee the use of simulation facilities to support both educational and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong research partnerships nationally and internationally.
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant area, along with a nursing degree.
- Strong leadership skills with extensive experience in the health and education sectors.
- Skilled in curriculum development and passionate about driving innovation in education through simulation-based methodologies.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective partnerships with industry, academia, and clinical teams.
- Highly organized, with strong strategic planning abilities and the capacity to lead complex initiatives.
