Key Responsibilities:- Execute the strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Considerable experience building and leading aftermarket organizations.
- Good work experience within the mineral processing industry.
- Relevant, direct experience with classification technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.

- Leadership of a globally dispersed team with a mix of 'shop floor' and 'leaders'.
- Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan.
