Role Overview

Contribute to the production process in a reputable family business that has been providing high-quality signage solutions for over 30 years.

As part of a close-knit team, you will assist with tasks in the print room and fabrication area, working alongside experienced colleagues.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from skilled professionals and develop your skills in a well-run business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laying up panels for printing
  • Mechanical assembly, cutting letter kits, and bonding materials for aluminium modular systems
  • Assisting with sign assembly and subcontracted products
  • Delivering finished products to clients

Essential Skills:

  • Trade experience or a background in DIY/handyman work is highly desirable, along with a willingness to be trained in the role
  • Factory or handyman experience, or the ability to use tools effectively
  • Assembly or fabrication experience, either professionally or personally
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read plans are essential
  • A fork lift license would be a bonus but is not required
  • Reliability, a good sense of humour, and strong teamwork skills are crucial
