As a cafe manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. You will need to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative to resolve issues and make decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff and coordinating schedules
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Implementing strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a cafe or restaurant manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions
  • Knowledge of coffee making and preparation methods

Hours: Flexible hours between 6am-1pm weekdays and rotating weekends.

Salary: $28-$35 per hour.

Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week.

Location: In-person at our coffee shop.

Licence/Certification: Driver's Licence required.
