- Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and essential items.
- Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers stay connected with their community.
- Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation and paid kilometers.
- A comprehensive training program, including paid CPR and First Aid courses.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
- A commitment to your well-being, with access to employee benefits and discounts on food, clothing, and other essentials.
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
