We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This role will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and helping us continue to expand our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar and home battery solutions, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new installers, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers, and providing training and support to our channel partners.

The Customer Success Specialist will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing market intelligence, developing and managing channel partner pipelines, and representing Enphase in the marketplace.

About the role:

  • Installer Profiling and Qualification: Continuously identify and qualify new installers to expand our client base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new installers and integrate our solutions into their sales and business operations.
  • Solution Portfolio Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and business value propositions to effectively communicate with our channel partners.
  • Trusted Advisor: Identify key decision-makers within customer accounts and build trusted relationships to become a strategic advisor.
  • Account Management: Proactively support and enable a portfolio of qualified installers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle to end users (installers and homeowners).
  • Market Intelligence: Collect actionable customer and market intelligence systematically.
  • Product Introduction and Training: Introduce new products to channel partners and provide basic training.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage channel partners pipelines proactively, reporting, and creating solutions to overcome barriers to success.
  • Company Representation: Positively represent Enphase in the marketplace, assist in organizing customer visits, industry trade shows, and strategic events.

What you will do:

  • Identify key decision-makers within customer accounts and build trusted relationships to become a strategic advisor.
  • Develop and manage channel partners pipelines proactively, reporting, and creating solutions to overcome barriers to success.
  • Collect actionable customer and market intelligence systematically.
  • Introduce new products to channel partners and provide basic training.
  • Proactively support and enable a portfolio of qualified installers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle to end users (installers and homeowners).

Who you are and what you bring:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a similar role (min 3 years' experience).
  • Strong understanding of Solar and home battery solutions and business value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in SFDC and sales processes.
  • Ability to collect, relay, and analyze market intelligence.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
