Job Description

We are seeking a HR Generalist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role offers flexibility, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution. Work closely with line managers to resolve performance or disciplinary matters.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertisements to screening candidates. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal details, and attendance. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and HR best practices.
  • Training & Development: Support the identification of training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs to enhance skills and employee development.
  • Policies & Procedures: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards.
  • Performance Management: Support managers with performance reviews, appraisals, and development plans, providing guidance on employee progression and goal-setting.
  • Health & Safety: Work with relevant departments to ensure health and safety guidelines are met, and assist with any related employee concerns or queries.
