We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to work in our HR team and contribute to the success of our business.
Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Adviser, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, implementing policies, and managing employee relations. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with Australian workplace laws, health and safety regulations, and Fair Work policies.

• Develop and oversee performance management programs, including appraisals, training, and development.

• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and workplace compensation processes.

• Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and workforce planning.

• Conduct training sessions on company policies, employee rights, and workplace ethics.

• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Adviser or HR Consultant or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide a team.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary $70k - $80k + superannuation
