Job Title: Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our community aged care team as a Personal Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide personal support to older Australians living in their own homes.

This is a permanent part-time position, offering a great work-life balance with regular shifts and flexibility. As a valued member of our team, you will be backed by a passionate and experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role:
  • You will provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with showering, personal hygiene needs, and other daily activities.
  • Assistance to continue to live well and positively, such as transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Social connection and companionship to promote clients' health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
  • Australian Driver's Licence and Comprehensive Insurance.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
