Job Summary:

We are seeking fitness professionals to fill a part-time position at our Western Australia club.

This role has the potential to become full-time as our business grows.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning and following all club policies and procedures
  • Conducting tours of the club for prospective members
  • Signing up and onboarding new members
  • Making calls to prospective members
  • Providing fitness consultations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to gym members, clients, and guests

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Be comfortable approaching anyone in the gym to offer tips or demonstrate exercises
  • Maintain hours of availability provided upon being hired
  • Hold nationally recognized certification in personal training or group exercise or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Have current First Aid certification or be in the process of obtaining one
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Nationally recognized certification in personal training or group exercise
  • Current First Aid certification
