To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a Perioperative Registered Nurse/Scrub Scout
- A strong commitment to patient safety and person-centred care
- Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative, sound reasoning, and judgment skills
- Commitment to continued professional development
- Interest in mentoring nursing students and graduates
Successful applicants will also possess APHRA registration and full working rights in Australia.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60-$80 per hour (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including wellbeing programs, an on-site gym, personalised support for mental health challenges, learning and development opportunities, and interest-free loans for postgraduate studies.
