As a senior consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with leading organizations and CFOs to help them reimagine their finance function. You will be part of a high-performing team that helps clients improve performance, efficiency, and resilience across the finance lifecycle.

The Role
  • You will deliver impactful finance transformation projects by supporting assessments, process mapping, operating model design, and business case development across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, FP&A, and Procure-to-Pay.
  • You will enable digital finance solutions through hands-on involvement in system implementations and initiatives involving RPA, AI, and finance data strategy, working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • You will engage with stakeholders and contribute to growth by presenting insights and recommendations, supporting business development efforts, and participating in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in finance, consulting, or transformation roles within professional services or industry, with a strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, R2R, FP&A, and costing.
  • Hands-on experience with finance system implementations (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, Tagetik) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.
