Job Description:

The Facilities Shift Operator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of site infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key part in monitoring and controlling site systems, conducting routine inspections and maintenance activities, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control site infrastructure and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of trade-based tasks and physical work of light to moderately heavy physicality. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
