Our National Tax team is one of the largest and most successful practices amongst Australian law firms. Led by industry experts with extensive experience across the full spectrum of tax laws, we offer opportunities to work on industry-leading mandates.

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our highly regarded team in Brisbane. Working closely with national corporate/direct tax partners, you will work on a variety of matters including tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, and general income tax advice.
  • You will be involved in complex corporate income tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and capital reorganisations.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years' experience post-admission and technical experience in tax. Strong plain English drafting skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely are essential.
