Job Title

As a senior analytics professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights across our organization. Your expertise in designing and developing data solutions will be instrumental in informing business decisions and optimizing processes.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data, creating descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions, and communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will gather, structure, and analyze internal and external data using a range of analytics technologies.

  • Developing innovative data solutions to address business challenges
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored analytics solutions
  • Designing and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in data languages such as SQL and report development tools like Tableau, Cognos, and PowerBI. Strong communication and negotiation skills, high levels of computer literacy, and demonstrated interpretation skills are also essential.
