About the Role:

As a Senior Construction Supervisor with JV Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to lead and supervise a team of labourers under the support of the Project Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, assigning, scheduling, and supervising the work of all workmen
  • Controlling and supervising sign in, weekly toolbox, and task objectives
  • Conducting periodic inspections and giving on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work
  • Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working with a Tier 1 or 2 developer
  • Proven experience working on projects of $60m+
  • Previous experience working within residential is essential
  • Experience in facades & fitout phase
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with superiors, clients, and customer personnel
  • Skilled in estimating materials and labour costs
  • Keen to grow and develop into more senior positions
