Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced General Foreperson to join our team at a respected, award-winning, privately owned Tier 2 commercial construction company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of labourers under the support of the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of all workmen
- Control and supervise sign in, weekly toolbox, and task objectives
- Conduct periodic inspections and give on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work
- 75% Site vs 25% Office
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or 2 developer
- Proven experience working on projects of $60m+
- Previous experience working within residential is essential
- Experienced in facades & fitout phase
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with superiors, clients, and customer personnel
- Skilled in estimating materials and labour costs
- Keen to grow and develop into more senior positions
