**Job Overview**

This opportunity allows you to work with one of our government clients as a Salesforce Tester.

The role requires you to perform the following:

  • Translate Functional Requirements and Business Requirements specifications into Test cases for early testing.
  • Manage all test activities including test planning, writing of test cases and test scripts, defect logging and tracking, and creation of effective test data.
  • Perform system/integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, UI testing & production verification testing.
  • Provide regular test status reports covering test coverage and test results.
  • Identify, log and report program bugs and glitches and assist in troubleshooting errors.
  • Capture logs & analyze for troubleshooting issues and defects.
  • Work with the Business Analyst, facilitate user acceptance testing with the business against acceptance criteria.
  • Provide input to the automated tester to move manual test cases into the TOSCA tool for automation testing. Equally, learn to automate & execute test cases in TOSCA.

**Requirements**

  • Multiple Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks such as TOSCA & QTest.
  • Agile environment experience using SCRUM and/or Kanban methodology, preferably with exposure to large-scale salesforce build & implementation projects.
  • Ability to run SQL/SOQL queries & test data in a highly customized Salesforce solution.
  • Solid understanding of customizable features which are built into the Salesforce solution.
  • Experience in test planning, test execution and management of defects and test reports.
  • Strong knowledge & experience of JIRA & Confluence tool.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage & organize.
