Job Opportunity: Salesforce Test Analyst

The selected candidate will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the successful implementation of a new, consolidated CRM system. The primary focus will be on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Salesforce implementations.

This role reports to the Test Manager and plays a vital part in supporting the implementation of a secure and effective CRM system that supports users throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases for Salesforce implementations, including customizations and integrations
  • Collaborate with the test team to ensure high-quality testing processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and related technologies
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks, such as UIPath
