We are seeking a talented individual with demonstrated technical skills in end-to-end procurement and at least 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role (ICT sector highly desirable). You will have experience in pre-contract sourcing activities, contract formation, establishment of panel arrangements/management and data analytics experience. Experience working with a Government Owned Corporations (GOC)/ Queensland Government and environments will be highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Undertake research, spend, and market analysis to secure value for money opportunities;
* Develop market engagement strategies, prepare RFx procurement documentation, facilitate contract and scope development, undertake evaluations, and prepare recommendation documentation to facilitate contract award;
* Negotiate directly with key internal and external stakeholders during the procurement process to achieve the best value for money outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent Communication Skills – strong business writing skills, high attention to detail and interpersonal skills;
* Collaborative - able to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Adaptable - ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, and have a can-do proactive attitude.
