About the Role

The role involves leading complex integration projects across Finance, Payroll, HCM, and Identity Management within a Digital Reimagination program.

End-to-end project delivery includes planning and scope definition, testing, and deployment. The goal is to ensure seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management systems in educational settings.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Oversee system integrations to ensure data consistency and process automation across platforms such as student information systems (SIS), HRIS, and finance systems.
  • Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, academic leadership, and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects involving enterprise system integrations.
  • Understanding of education sector requirements, including data flows and compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, batch jobs, and web services.
  • Integration experience with HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise systems and their integration capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stream integration projects.
  • Effective budget, risk, and resource management in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi or Azure Integration Services.
