Product Management Role for Asgard Platform

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of the Asgard platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction on the Asgard platform.
  • Conduct needs analysis through quantitative and qualitative research to understand adviser and customer needs.
  • Resolve queries and escalations efficiently, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Support Board and Committee papers as needed, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, reporting incidents and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor customer experience, manage complaints, and simplify business processes to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Manage risk effectively, utilizing key risk management processes in line with frameworks, policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other business areas, including product development, disclosure, projects, marketing, and communications.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in product management and/or financial services. You should be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver timely outcomes. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to issue identification. Prior experience working in a highly legislated/governed environment and knowledge of super, investments, and platforms will be beneficial.
