About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Victoria Park. As a Gardening and Home Maintenance Support Worker, you will provide essential services to seniors and NDIS customers, enabling them to stay in their own homes longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide gardening and maintenance services to customers, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Work collaboratively with volunteers and other team members to deliver high-quality support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct home visits to assess and address customers' gardening and maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with other services to provide comprehensive support to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in gardening and maintenance is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of varying skills and abilities.
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills, with ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency.
