About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Gardening & Home Maintenance Support Worker to join our team at Chorus. As a Support Worker, you will provide gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS customers, enabling them to stay in their own homes longer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide gardening and maintenance services to customers in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with volunteers and other team members to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with Chorus policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in gardening or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of varying skills and abilities.
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills, with ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Rights to work in Australia.
