About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough month-end process including bank reconciliations, journal entries and preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee accurate and comprehensive oversight of financial and transactional accounting including AR and AP.
  • Support timely and accurate financial reconciliations including month-end and review of all balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide service delivery and operational support.
  • Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with completion of month-end, quarterly and annual financial and reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Business.
  • CPA or CA qualification (essential).
  • Strong financial reporting, reconciliation and analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
