About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support.
  • Providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities.
  • Preparing food if needed.
  • Observing, caring for, and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client.
  • Responding to emergency situations.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges is essential.
