Logistics Operations Manager

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our Chilled Distribution Centre (CDC).
  • Provide coaching and leadership to build team capability.
  • Lead efficient scheduling of resources, goods, and equipment.
  • Monitor KPIs and address issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on distribution, warehousing, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Business or Operations Management is essential.
  • Warehousing and FMCG Distribution experience.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Industrial Relations, and Safety.
