Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing outbound contact methods to reach recent customers, scheduling technicians for in-home measurements.

The ideal candidate will follow established guidelines and utilize routing software to determine efficient routes, maximizing productivity while exceeding customer expectations.

This position involves:

  • Contacting customers via phone calls or texting to schedule measure appointments.
  • Receiving inbound phone calls for scheduling follow-ups and acting as a liaison between customers and their orders.
  • Overcoming customer objections and working to get measures scheduled on the next available day.
  • Scheduling measures completed in CRM software with relevant notes for technicians.
  • Managing unscheduled customers according to defined escalation protocols.
  • Working daily to ensure technician calendars meet Window Nation standards for targeted measures per day with minimal drive time.
  • Utilizing mapping software to generate efficient routes for technicians, balancing drive time and customer requests.
  • Handling customer requests for reschedules.
  • Collaborating closely with assigned technicians and branch associates, maintaining positive working relationships.
Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role (in-person or over the phone).
