Job Description

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI) timeframe. This includes third-party vendor engagement, participating in client projects when required, developing and updating standard operating procedures, and developing and updating detailed level designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the SHI timeframe.
  • Third Party Vendor Engagement.
  • Participate in client projects when required.
  • Develop and Update SOPs.
  • Develop and update Detailed level design.
  • Participate in out of hours activities as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge & experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Delinea Secret Server.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Active Directory & Identity Management Services.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge and experience in Citrix Studios & Director.
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification.
  • Tenable AD Experience.
  • Certificate Management Experience.
  • NV2 security clearance is required.
