Sushi Roll Maker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Roll Maker to join our team at Merrylands Stockland.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet the expectations of our customers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Japanese restaurant or sushi takeaway shop. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to recipe guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer demand and maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements:
