Lead Beauty Therapist
">Our organisation is seeking an exceptional and experienced Lead Beauty Therapist to lead our team of beauty therapists.
">About the Role

- Manage a team of beauty therapists in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.">
- Plan, drive and implement operational excellence in our retail space.">
- Recruit, induct and train new staff members.">
- Cultivate and support the growth of your team through coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.">
- Monitor and review performance data to inform business decisions.">
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and revenue.">
- Specialise in skin treatments, laser hair removal and other aesthetic procedures.">
About You
">- ">
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing laser hair removal, advanced laser and skin treatments.">
- Management or senior therapist experience in a clinical environment.">
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field.">
- Ability to foster a positive team culture and motivate staff.">
