Job Description

Radiation Therapists play a vital role in delivering high-quality cancer care services. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive cancer treatment to patients close to their home.

As a Radiation Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy across simulation/planning and treatment delivery.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of patient care and continually enhancing the quality of service and patient experience.
  • Supporting a high-performance culture that delivers excellence in patient care services and team development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven technical skills in radiation therapy treatment delivery with demonstrated experience in planning.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of national quality standards.
  • Current AHPRA radiation therapist registration.
  • Current NSW Radiation Use Licence.
  • Criminal Record Clearance.
  • Proof of Vaccination Record for Health Care Workers.
