Tilray Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders, warehouse operations, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including material profiles and data accuracy checks.
- Process and release stock to warehouse and distributors in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers and distributors to resolve issues and provide product information.
- Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, implementing process improvements to resolve issues.
- Deliver accurate replenishment ordering to distributors.
- Develop and maintain written procedures for main material control processes and functions.
- Manage warehouse and freight forwarding operations, including customs clearance and transport documents.
- Provide daily reporting and support for key stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power-Bi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
