Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our afternoon shift team. As the on-the-floor champion of product quality and food safety, you will partner closely with Operations to ensure our standards are upheld and continuously improved.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead quality governance activities, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our quality culture and performance.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day quality activities and oversee product control
  • Ensure timely reporting of incidents and conduct internal audits
  • Drive corrective actions to uphold site standards and support record-keeping and compliance reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through involvement in QA and site-wide projects

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

For this position, we require:

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • 3-4 years' experience in a QA role within food manufacturing or a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems
  • Skills in auditing, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
  • A decisive mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A valid Driver's License
