About Quality Assurance Roles

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure consistent delivery of quality products to our customers.

The successful candidate will support operational teams by monitoring effective QA practices, identifying corrective actions as required, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality systems requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with production to ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and quality systems requirements.
  • Document control and report non-conformances within the parameters of the quality management system.
  • Support key food safety requirements and quality outcomes.
  • Undertake internal audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Educate staff on necessary requirements of our quality management systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in value-add or cooked products is essential.
  • Quality assurance background in a food manufacturing environment or internal audit qualifications and HACCP experience.
  • Operational experience in a meat processing facility.
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Commitment to company values and food safety culture.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, initiative, time management, and follow-through.
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia.
  • Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce.
