Clinical Psychologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality clinical services for consumers and their families.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult neuropsychological assessment, cognitive remediation therapies, and research in psychotic disorders and/or neuropsychiatric disorders.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to support consumers and families in managing complex psychotic disorders and contribute to a high-quality clinical service within the Tertiary Referral for Psychosis (TRSP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support consumers and families in managing complex psychotic disorders.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills and experience in adult neuropsychological assessment of people with psychotic disorders and/or neuropsychiatric disorders.
  • Apply expertise in cognitive remediation therapies to patients with cognitive impairment.
  • Conduct research in patients with psychotic disorders and/or neuropsychiatric disorders.
  • Provide high-level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery and guide others in providing service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) with endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology (or eligibility to progress towards same).
  • A minimum two-year full-time APAC-accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • High level computer literacy and capacity to use health information systems.
  • Current NSW drivers licence.
