">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to clients, promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
- Assist clients with community access and transportation, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences.
- Perform daily living activities such as showering, medication administration, and domestic work, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to perform personal care and domestic work with compassion and professionalism.
- Capacity to manage challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
- First Aid Certification (highly desirable).
- Working with Children Check (highly desirable).
- National Police Certificate (mandatory).
- Driver's Licence (mandatory).
Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate: $35.00 - $40.00.
