Job Title:
Primary Care Physician RequiredA highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician is sought to join our medical team in a challenging yet rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent health outcomes.
About the Role:
- Take over the patient base from a long-serving doctor, ensuring continuity of care and a smooth transition for patients.
- Work closely with FT nursing support, utilizing Best Practice Software to manage patient records and communicate effectively.
- Prioritize patient safety, provide empathetic care, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must hold FRACGP/FACRRM qualifications or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in primary care medicine.
- Will consider 19ab restricted doctors for short-term locum positions (up to 6 months).
- Open to flexible work arrangements, including part-time or full-time options.
