Full-Time Primary Care Physician

A reputable healthcare provider seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality medical services to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including taking medical histories, conducting clinical examinations, arranging necessary investigations, and implementing management plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have basic computer skills and be able to use electronic patient management systems.
- Take medical history of residents
- Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups with aged care residents
- Undertake clinical examinations as required
- Arrange necessary investigations
- Implement management plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Be permitted to work in Australia
- Have professional indemnity insurance
- Have a great attitude and be willing to work under the supervision of senior medical officers
