We are seeking reliable and caring individuals to join our team at a local aged care facility. Our organization has over 25 years of experience delivering exceptional cleaning services across Victoria.

About the Role:

- Hours: Set daytime hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with flexibility.

- Locations: Various homes across Colac and surrounding suburbs.

- Workload: Clean 3 homes per day, approximately 6 hours total.

Responsibilities:

- Perform domestic cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning.

- Provide a high level of hygiene and attention to detail.

- Deliver a respectful, friendly, and caring service to elderly clients in their homes.

- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific needs.

Requirements:

- Genuine passion for helping the elderly live in clean and comfortable environments.

- Punctual, trustworthy, and committed individuals.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in work.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Police Check or willingness to obtain one.

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
