Warehouse Assistant Role

At our organization, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our warehouse team. This full-time position involves various responsibilities that require a combination of physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

The primary focus of this role is on heavy lifting, moving mattresses and bedroom furniture with assembly possibilities in customers' homes. Additionally, the candidate will be required to move items around the warehouse and showroom as needed.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess necessary fitness levels and manual handling capabilities. They must also enjoy manual labor and have a positive attitude towards helping customers. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a strong ability to work effectively within a small team environment are essential.

Preferred qualifications for this role include previous warehouse experience, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry. A manual driver's license is also considered an advantage.
