Senior Time and Absence Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant to lead the implementation of time tracking and absence management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing payroll/absence/time tracking (PATT) solutions, with a strong background in Workday's payroll product suite.

This is a remote role that can be located anywhere within Australia or New Zealand, requiring minimal travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep knowledge of Absence & Time Tracking
  • Leading deployment teams or coaching others to gather client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
  • Working with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Key Qualifications:

  • Current WD Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing PATT solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously
