Key Responsibilities- Support and execute our national Workers Compensation strategy to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Lead the workers compensation insurance placement for risk states, working closely with insurer partners to reduce claims frequency and severity.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with insurers, regulators, and internal brokers to ensure seamless execution of our strategy.
- Develop and lead growth strategies for our larger accounts, including chairing strategic forums to drive business development.
- Utilize industry-leading data and analytics performance scorecards to drive strategic discussions and sustainable performance improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong technical understanding of national Workers Compensation.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with a keen interest in knowledge sharing and mentoring of colleagues.
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated success in leading growth strategies.
- A strong network in the Workers Compensation insurance market.
