Job Overview

The successful applicant will lead a team of skilled mechanics and apprentices, promoting high safety and quality standards throughout the maintenance process.

This individual will be responsible for assisting in training team members, managing high volume work efficiently, and providing support to technicians through the maintenance process safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report faults/defects and complete service reports using digital tools.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A recognised trade qualification in heavy mobile plant is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery.
  • Leadership experience with a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.
