Job Title: Co-Curricular Education Leader
">We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape the strategic vision, coherence, and quality of our co-curricular life.

">The Director leads and oversees CGS Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and (where included) Clubs and Enrichment programmes, ensuring they are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned to the School's mission and values.
">You will be responsible for the strategic development, quality assurance, staffing, and long-term planning of these programmes, ensuring they not only enhance student learning but also foster wellbeing, teamwork, and personal growth.
">Working in close partnership with the Heads of Primary and Senior School, the Director will ensure that all co-curricular initiatives are fully integrated with student development, pastoral care, and academic outcomes.
">The role carries oversight for safety, compliance, partnerships, and business development within the portfolio, ensuring that our co-curricular provision remains innovative, sustainable, and impactful.

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail

- A clear record of supporting the intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and ethical development of students
- Proven ability to articulate a clear vision, provide strategic direction, and inspire trust and confidence through empathetic and relational leadership, fostering collaboration and shared purpose.
