Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

A dedicated and empathetic individual is sought to make a positive impact in someone's life. As a Care Worker, you will assist older members of our community in maintaining their independence and wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 months experience in a similar role, who can provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients and their families.

  • The role involves providing home-based assistance such as general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • You will also provide personal care services including assisting with mobility and therapy goals, complex care for customers with high care needs, and emotional support.
  • In addition, you will assist clients with transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments and help the family carer to have a break.
