About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and capture business process requirements, developing business cases, options analysis, or cost-benefit analysis.
  • Clearly articulate and document business requirements, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Analyze workflows to create process maps, identifying areas for improvement and developing functional specifications that design and document required outcomes of system changes and enhancements.
  • Obtain business stakeholder sign-off on completed specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Produce technical specifications based on completed functional specifications for CRM developers, ensuring accurate and efficient system development.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the Quality Assurance process, ensuring functionality and acceptance of systems developments.
  • Work closely with external business partners (vendors) to drive satisfaction with IT deliverables, fostering strong relationships and collaborative environments.
  • Assess the risk of various developments/enhancements, helping to prioritize competing business demands and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training as required on reporting or customization activities, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and adoption.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Previous experience working with a vendor organization, showcasing ability to collaborate and drive results.
  • Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in computer science or related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical expertise.
