Role Summary

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing our trainers and assessors. You will support the Training Operations Manager while leading a national team of trainers/assessors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment
  • Manage trainer replacement for unplanned leave
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative matters
  • Participate in course curriculum and training material development
  • Provide mentoring, support and advice to trainers/assessors
  • Induct new trainers and upskill existing personnel
  • Implement trainer delivery review schedule

Requirements

  • Be an experienced RN
  • Hold full working rights in Australia
  • Have a current Cert IV TAE or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous development
