A key role in the financial operations of a healthcare organization is to review and audit pathology request forms to ensure they meet Medicare and Ministry of Health billing standards.
This position requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of compliance frameworks to support timely and accurate billing, ensuring our patients and services are accounted for properly.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing and updating pathology request forms to ensure compliance with Medicare, Ministry of Health and Commonwealth Policies
- Verifying that all required information is accurately captured and aligns with billing standards
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders through strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
